How long does it take to get my photos?
Once you’ve ordered, we’ll collect your products via our trusted and secure courier partner. Your images will be ready within 7 working days of your products arriving at our studio. If you choose Fasttrack at checkout, your photos will be ready in 72 hours.
Can I review my photos?
We’re confident you’ll love every photo we create however, if there’s something you’d like to change you can do so within 3 days of you receiving your images. Simply go to your Brandpanel and select 'Review Images' on the photo you'd like to edit.
Can I swap recipes if I change my mind?
Yes, you can swap your recipe up until your images enter production. You’ll receive an e-mail letting you know that your images are in production after which you won’t be able to change it.
Are all the photos bespoke or do you use stock photos?
All the photos you see on our website have been created by us in our London Studio and we do exactly that for you. Every order is 100% custom, shot and edited by our in-house photographers.
What if I don’t know what photos my brand needs?
That’s completely fine and in fact, that’s why we’re here! Our creative team can help you select a style for your brand and you can also browse our Recipes to find a style you like. If you need help, just reach out to us via our Support Section.
Will I get my products back after?
Of course! As standard, we keep your products in our studio for 30 days after your shoot incase you'd like to order new photos. However, you can select 'Return Product' at checkout to get your products back immediately after the shoot.
